Q: How long does shipping take?
A: All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS). The postal service is going through budget cuts, and the ongoing labor shortage makes delivery times longer. Most orders arrive within 5-10 business days (meaning Monday-Friday, excluding Federal holidays) after you receive your shipping confirmation email.
Q: Where is my order?
A: All orders are shipped via stamped mail unless otherwise indicated. This means your order will NOT have a tracking number. Once I hand off your order to USPS I am unable to provide updates on the status of your order, as I am unable to control the postal service's processing times. If it has been 10 or more business days since you received your shipping confirmation email, please let me know.
Q: Do you do custom orders?
A: Yes! Shoot me a message via the 'contact' form on the website or on Instagram and we can talk about what you're envisioning. We'll work together every step of the way to ensure your vision is brought to life!
Q: When will you restock?
A: I restock my listings regularly. Follow my instagram account @blueskycreativeshop for restock notifications! Please note that from September 2024-January 2025 I will be unable to restock items in my shop.
Q: Why do you only ship to the United States?
A: At present, to simplify logistics on my end I only ship to the United States. My plan is to open shipping internationally in the future. If you live outside of the United States and would like to purchase something, please message me and we can work something out in the meantime.
